White PVC, arches and glazing bars: a renovation that keeps its character

On this characterful house, the challenge was to gain insulation without losing charm: the old timber windows with glazing bars and arches made way for white PVC that faithfully reproduces those details — glazing bars, arched tops and transoms.

The project also created new glazed bays on the kitchen and living-room sides, for more light and an opening onto the garden, with integrated roller shutters.
