Data collected

We collect only the data you send us voluntarily through the quote request form: name, email address, telephone number, project type, the municipality concerned and, where applicable, the message describing your project.

When you consent to it, this site also uses audience measurement and advertising measurement tools that place cookies — see the “Cookies, audience measurement and advertising” section. The fonts are self-hosted (no request is made to a third party to display them).

Cookies, audience measurement and advertising

This site uses Google Analytics, an audience measurement service provided by Google Ireland Limited, in order to produce visitor statistics and improve the site. This tool places cookies on your device.

These cookies are only placed with your consent. On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline them; until you have accepted, no audience measurement cookie is activated (Google “consent” mode). You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

The information collected (pages viewed, visit duration, device type, browsing data) is processed in aggregate form and may be hosted by Google, including outside the European Union, under the safeguards provided for by the GDPR. We run ads on the Google search engine. To find out whether an ad led to a quote request, we use Google Ads, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, which places a measurement cookie during your visit. This measurement helps us assess our campaigns and avoid wasted spend; it does not allow us to identify you personally.

This advertising cookie follows exactly the same rules as the audience measurement one: it is only placed after you accept it in the banner, and declining is as easy as accepting. We do not use advertising retargeting, and we never pass Google any of the data you enter in the quote form.

We also run ads on Facebook and Instagram. To measure those campaigns, we use the Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. It records your visit to the site, the sending of a quote request (confirmation page) and clicks on our phone number. This information is used to find out whether an ad led to a request and to adjust how our ads are shown; it may be processed by Meta, including outside the European Union, under the safeguards provided for by the GDPR. The Meta Pixel follows the same rules as the Google tools: it is only loaded after you accept it in the banner, no data is sent to Meta if you decline or until you have answered, and we never pass Meta any of the data you enter in the quote form. To manage the ads Meta shows you, go to your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.

Purposes and legal basis

Your data is used solely to process your quote request: to contact you, arrange a technical visit and prepare an offer. The legal basis is your consent and the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.

Recipients

Your data is processed solely by Pulsar Windows. It is neither sold, rented, nor passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention period

Your data is kept for as long as necessary to process your request and for any business relationship that may follow, then archived or deleted in accordance with legal obligations. You may request its deletion at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and to the portability of your data. To exercise these rights, write to us at info@pulsar-windows.be.
